Purpose and Role

The purpose of the position is to provide general information

systems support to the business and existing IT manager/Business

Analyst at Head Office and in the dealer network.

Work closely with business functional areas and customers in defining systems/project priorities, scope, approach,

resource requirements and timing deliverables, application business systems, technical support and service helpdesk.

Identify and support the resolution of issues that have the potential to jeopardize performance.

Recommend new processes and improvements in operations.

Support the implementation of operational improvements once approved.

Work with content management systems (CMS workplace) to manage, update and publish documents or related.

Writing functional specifications, documentation and completion of business case.

Ensure completion of deliverables and adherence to timelines

(i.e. project planning, execution and validation) / project coordination.

Ensure appropriate measures are taken with clients to assess scope of requirements.

Knowledge, Skills and Expertise

Relevant degree.

Valid Drivers License required.

Intermediate to advanced PC skills (Excel, MSWord, Powerpoint).

Relevant Qualification in Information Technology.

Programming Skills is advantageous.

Accuracy and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated.

Carry out all given tasks within time to completion.
