We need Captains to drive our business and carry on the legacy of one of the most famous brands around. We are looking for the following leader to join our team:

 

Brand Manager: This role is the creative engine of our crew and demands a balance of creativity, digital understanding and business acumen. As brand manager, you will be leading our digital ecosystem, connecting with our guys in their world and giving them the content and tools to share the Captain with friends. You will also be responsible for bringing our adventurous spirit to life in our most important venue: bars. This will demand a deep understanding of how consumers make brand choices and how the business of bars work.

The journey we are on will not be easy. We will face robust challenges, stout adversaries and sure setbacks. But the potential riches are great. We can expand the legacy of an incredible brand, inspire men to live lives of adventure and change the shape of an industry. Do you have what it takes?

Compétences et profil recherchés

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in a brand management role
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience managing creative agencies
  • Facility with social media and digital marketing
